1. This morning we worked on our maps of Minnesota biomes. We realized the importance of cooperating and working as a team. Thank you to everyone who brought supplies in to decorate our maps- they look fantastic!

2. We ate lunch together in the cafeteria and discussed how excited we all were to meet Ms. Messner.

3. After lunch we went to the library and skyped with Kate Messner. Ms. Messner is such a talented author. We really appreciate her meeting with our class to discuss The Brilliant Fall of Gianna Z. What a fantastic experience! A big thanks to Ms. Z for organizing such a cool event.

4. Before heading to Phy. Ed. we started our new read-aloud Hatchet. What ten things would you want to have with you if you were stranded in the wilderness?
